We are located halfway between Florence and Siena, in a perfect position to discover San Giminiano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca, and the Tyrrhenian coast, which are just a few kilometers away.
The farm is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods where you can walk freely, has a large and well-kept garden and a beautiful shaded terrace, ideal for tasting the company's products while admiring the view of the surrounding hills. At guests' disposal there is also a grilling area with barbecue available.
It is the perfect solution for those seeking peace and tranquility, for those who love walking or cycling in a unique setting or simply for those who want to relax reading a book while sipping a good glass of wine.The large and very bright “LOGGIA” apartment is furnished with a simple and elegant style, combining modern elements with early 20th century furniture. The natural elements such as the stone walls, the terracotta floor and the wooden ceiling keep the rooms pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
You enter a large living area, with a large complete linear kitchen, table, chairs and a sitting area perfect for having a chat after dinner.
The bedroom has a beautiful bed with wrought iron structure, a wardrobe with mirror, a comfortable sofa bed and a private bathroom featuring a large two-seater shower.
In front of the apartment there is a large private garden with two deck chairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoying the view in complete relaxation.
At guests' disposal: A / C, parking a stone's throw from the apartment, private garden, welcome basket with coffee, tea, sugar, water and 1 bottle of Podere wine, sheets, towels, tablecloths, tea towels, kit first aid.
At check-out there will be a tourist tax to be paid, which is 2 € per day per person from 14 years of age. The city tax is calculated on a maximum of 6 nights.
From 15/10 to 15/04 there is an extra gas fee of € 18 per day, that needs to be paid directly at the property.
