Casale Le Rondini comprises a wonderful Villa Leopoldina and an annexe. On the ground floor of the main villa, there is a large living room with original vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with two breakfast tables, a dining area with a large rectangular table that can seat all guests, a lounge with a TV, a billiards area and a bathroom. On the first floor, in addition to a wonderful second kitchen/living room with a huge, perfectly maintained fireplace, there are four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with showers and access to the loggia terrace overlooking the valley. Finally, on the second floor is the old dovecote, which houses the fifth double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom.

Opposite the main villa is the annexe, where on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with a small kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower, as well as a room with fitness equipment available for use. Finally, on the first floor there are a further two double bedrooms, each with a small kitchenette and a private bathroom with either a shower or a spa bath, one of which is also accessible via an external staircase. All rooms in the annexe are self-contained and have their own private entrance.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows to ensure maximum comfort; there are also two washing machines at your disposal.

Please note that the first 10 guests will be accommodated in the main villa; if there are between 11 and 16 guests, the annexe will also be made available.

The property features a splendid private, fenced swimming pool (6x12 m, depth 0.80–2.20 m) and a 9,000 m² garden equipped with tables, chairs and a barbecue area.

The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional charge of €300 per stay.
