In Spina di Marsciano, nestled in the beautiful Umbrian countryside among wheat fields, vineyards and olive groves, is the Collina degli olivi, a family-run agriturismo producing extra virgin olive oil, seasonal fruit and vegetables. We are strategically located, perfect as a base for exploring Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Todi, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno and discovering the beauty the region has to offer.
La casa degli Olivi will accommodate you in a flat with an independent entrance on the 1st floor of a recently renovated farmhouse. The flat is accessible via comfortable stairs and consists of a large living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with single beds. Also on the floor you will have at your disposal 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a double whirlpool bath. From the living/dining room you can access the 3 terraces, one of which is covered, and enjoy the splendid view of the hills of the middle Tiber valley.
If you are travelling in a group of more than 6 persons, you will have an additional sleeping area on the second floor, consisting of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with single beds, and a further large bathroom with shower.
La casa degli olivi is the perfect solution for those seeking peace and tranquillity, sampling the typical seasonal products of the area (walnuts, melons, pears, plums, tomatoes, persimmons, eggs, etc.) and discovering this unique setting rich in history and nature.
For those interested in exploring the surrounding area, there is the possibility of organising horse-riding trips and/or renting e-bikes.
Just 6 minutes from the property is the San Biagio equestrian centre, where under the
under the supervision of experienced and qualified guides you can take horseback rides through the Umbrian woods and countryside, lasting about 60 minutes or more, also ideal for beginners.
Finally, an e-bike rental service is available for our guests thanks to the collaboration with "ebikeumbria" and the possibility of organising two different routes.
LAKE TRASIMENO: which includes a tour around the lake (55 km) with departure and
return to San Feliciano and lunch included ( difficulty 2/5; difference in altitude 1/5)
WILD: 25 km route with departure and return to Viepri ( located between Marsciano and Todi; difficulty

Please note that during the winter period heating is not included in the price and will be charged according to consumption.
